ZFA bending beam load cells are a reliable and cost-effective solution for precise industrial weighing. Based on beam deformation, they use a reduced section with circular or square cutouts that bends under load to generate an accurate measurement signal.
This simple yet effective design makes them ideal for platform scales, hopper weighing, tank weighing, and process weighing applications. The weakened section is protected with welded covers, and some versions feature a bellows shape, also known as a bellow type load cell, for added durability and protection.
