Stainless Steel Single Point Load Cell for Dynamic Weighing
The SCAIME AK is a stainless steel single point load cell designed for single-sensor weighing platforms, combining a fully welded, hermetically sealed IP68 construction with low deflection (under 0.25 mm) for stable, accurate dynamic weighing in humid environments.
With a capacity range from 6 kg to 300 kg, the AK is approved for legal-for-trade use up to 3,000 divisions under OIML R60 and up to 5,000 divisions under NTEP, making it a dependable choice for single-sensor scales, filling systems, and continuous dosing applications. Its Class C3 accuracy, compensated off-center loading, and side fixing holes for multi-head weighers help simplify installation on platform scales.
Built for hazardous area use, the AK is certified to ATEX 2014/34/EU and IECEx for gas and dust zones 0, 20, and 2, with an operating range of −20°C to +60°C in explosive atmospheres. Its stainless steel, welded, hermetically sealed body and IP68 rating keep the AK reliable across food, chemical, and manufacturing environments where washdown and moisture resistance matter.
