MAFI’s expansive agri-food complex in Sadat City demanded a weighing infrastructure capable of handling the high-volume movement of raw agricultural inputs and finished export goods across its 157,000 m² site. The client required a complete, ready-to-operate weighbridge system, where every element from civil groundwork and structural steel platforms to equipment supply, installation, calibration, and commissioning had to be delivered under a single unified scope, on time and to spec.

We delivered a full turnkey weighbridge solution from A to Z, taking complete ownership of the entire project lifecycle across all 4 weighbridges. This included the design and installation of steel platform weighbridges, civil works, electrical connections, and system commissioning. By acting as the single point of responsibility, ZFA ensured all 4 weighbridges were handed over fully operational, calibrated, and integrated, ready to support the round-the-clock flow of agricultural produce and processed goods across MAFI’s world-class export facility.
